I am Deepak Jadhav, a BCA graduate (Software Developer). However, the inspiration to start OneView Solution stemmed from a simple yet powerful realization: a regular job limits what we can achieve compared to the boundless possibilities of working on our own dreams.
I have always had unique ideas that I wanted to bring to life—solutions that could simplify tasks and make people's lives easier. These ideas focus on addressing critical or lengthy processes across various sectors, enabling them to be completed in less time with greater accuracy.
The Journey So Far
Currently, OneView Solution is a startup business, but our dreams are big. We aim to bring innovative ideas to life and make a meaningful impact. Our first project is set to launch soon, and we are confident it will resonate with everyone.
Meeting My Co-Founder
While these thoughts were shaping up in my mind, I met Vivek Gadage, (MSW, HR) . Our discussions revealed that our visions aligned perfectly. After several brainstorming sessions, we decided to turn these ideas into reality, and that’s how OneView Solution was born.

Opportunities with OneView Solution
OneView Solution is committed to creating employment opportunities. To support our development and projects, we plan to hire 100–200 MBA students for paid internships across Maharashtra. These internships are designed to be lucrative, with students earning anywhere between ₹30,000 to ₹90,000.Based on their performance during the internship, 70–90 individuals will receive job offers. Our vision is not only to simplify people’s lives through our products but also to create substantial career opportunities.
